These terms apply to the GreenCoast Strategies website and requested demonstrations. Account services remain subject to the Platform Terms, Client Agreement, and other terms presented when you register or purchase. Those agreements govern platform licensing, billing, liability, and disputes; this page does not replace them. Our Privacy Policy explains our data practices.
Using GreenCoast
You must be 18 or older and authorized to act for your organization. Provide accurate account and registration information, protect your credentials, and notify support of unauthorized use. You are responsible for activity you authorize and for users or customers you manage through reseller features.
Messaging, lists, and registrations
You are responsible for lawful use of contacts and content, required consent, sender identification, opt-outs, sending restrictions, and carrier rules. Buying a list does not establish permission to contact every person on it. Complete required brand, campaign, number, and political verification before sending. Registration approval and delivery depend on providers and carriers.
Do not use the service for unlawful messages, harassment, impersonation, fraud, infringement, or attempts to bypass security or opt-outs. Resellers must ensure their customers accept and follow the applicable platform agreements and messaging requirements.
Prices and payments
Check the rates and fees shown in your account or checkout before ordering. SMS is billed by segment; MMS is billed by message. Numbers, registration, campaigns, data, and other services may carry separate or recurring fees. You remain responsible for authorized usage and charges already incurred. Refunds, credits, renewals, and cancellation follow your accepted service agreement and applicable law. Contact support about billing errors.
Requested text demonstrations
Request a demo only for a number you own or are authorized to use. Your request covers a verification code and one demonstration; it is not enrollment in recurring promotional texts or a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop texts from that number, or contact support for help. Carrier delays, filtering, service limits, and sending restrictions may prevent or delay a demo.
Content and service availability
You must have the rights needed to upload and use your content and contact data, and permit the processing necessary to provide the service. GreenCoast and its licensors retain their rights in the website and software. Do not copy protected materials, compromise accounts, or interfere with the service.
The website and demonstrations are provided as available, without a promise of uninterrupted access, delivery, approval, or campaign results. To the extent permitted by law, implied warranties and liability for indirect or consequential loss are excluded. Platform-specific warranties, liability limits, indemnity, and dispute rules remain governed by your accepted agreements. Nothing here limits rights or liability that cannot legally be limited.
Changes and support
We may update these terms and restrict access to address misuse, security risks, or legal requirements. We will provide notice where required. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining terms continue to apply. Questions: support@greencoaststrategy.com.
